The Hispanic Mother-Daughter Program (HMDP)
HMDP is a college preparatory program that educates participants about the university process through skills and tools acquired during workshops and is open to all genders, races, and ethnicities.
HMDP was established in 1984 to Increases the number of first-generation Hispanic/Latino students who complete a bachelor’s degree by directly involving their parent/guardian in their educational process.
Program benefits:
Support at this level will go towards guiding 1 HMDP senior through the college application process to ensure they activate their post-secondary plan.
A donation at this level will go towards advising 10 students in HMDP to ensure they are on track to meet their high school graduation requirements, university admissions requirements and understand how to pay for college.
A donation at this level will support 1 participant in HMDP for 1 full year to include 2-4 advising sessions, 4 workshops with their parents at an ASU campus.
