Hola Yaya, from your Thunderbird EMIM III Classmates!
We miss you dearly and want to find a tangible touchstone at Thunderbird to always keep our memories current. Your brilliant retorts and insights in the classroom, your use of "sheer talent" over "preparation" in the case studies, Laurel and Anna and Kris, your inability to pronounce "cual" in Spanish, the "7 shots of tequila", IBM/AOL/Genuity, your role as our class "Chairman of the Board" and the consummate business executive with a sense of humor, your graciousness, and your embodiment of the ultimate Public Man.
The Pub, of course, would be most fitting for this, but if necessary, a lecture hall or a classroom or, and only if absolutely necessary, a study hall. We will get it figured out, and when ready we will celebrate the lasting impact you have had on all of us.
Note: If your friendship with Jim had a positive impact on your thinking, perspective and life, please consider donating to his memorial for the new Thunderbird building. The specific item will be determined based on how much we can raise and in consultation with Thunderbird. All donations will be anonymous and may be tax deductible**.
