ILP Family Giving Campaign
Hello from the Indian Legal Program. What a challenging year this has been for us. I hope you and your families are healthy and safe.
In this year of uncertainty, we want to shine a light on all of the things we can count on: We can count on the steadfast generosity and support of our Indian Legal Program family, we can count on the passion and talent of our students, and we can count on you.
We have seen so many acts of kindness and selflessness from our students, faculty, alumni, friends and staff this year, and we want to celebrate every hard-won achievement and every moment when someone reached out a helping hand to another in need. From helping our students find new jobs after their original plans fell through due to COVID or helping students with book scholarships when their tribal scholarships were delayed, our ILP family stepped up.
“Thank you. Sincerely. The funds you provide directly impact students' abilities to achieve their educational and professional goals. They provide real resources that will stick for a lifetime, both as beginning law school students and beyond when we return to our home communities as legal experts determined to help our Indian People.” – Michael LaValley (1L) Blackfeet Tribe from Missoula.
Our year is not yet over, however, and we’re counting on you to help us end 2020 with positivity, hope, and a dedicated gaze toward a brighter 2021.
Your support is essential as we turn toward a new year and a fresh start. Your generosity benefits future leaders, like Michael.
Please consider making a gift today to support a new generation of Indian law advocates. Your support can change a student’s life.
From everyone at ASU Law, thank you for your support and warmest wishes to you and your family for a happy holiday season.
