Supporting Future Professional Sales Students

Join the Professional Sales Scholars as we work to establish a new scholarship to support Professional Sales Students.

This scholarship will support Professional Sales Students with things like

tuition, travel, and professional development opportunities.

If you ever received support for your degree, you know what a huge difference a scholarship can make. Our goal is to reach an initial $25,000 so that we can endow the Professional Sales Scholarship for it to last forever!

Alumni testimonials about the Professional Sales Program:

The Professional Sales Program prepares students to have an immense business impact by providing a robust sales curriculum, push and preparation for internships, and access to an elite pool of companies looking for the best talent! My involvement in their sales competitions helped me attain my first corporate sales internship at Waste Management. This amazing opportunity allowed me to gain real-world sales experience, improve my sales skills, & become more marketable to employers. Upon graduation, American Express immediately hired me for my dream sales job! I would not have accomplished this without the powerful backing, development, and boundless networking opportunities the Professional Sales Program provides to all students. Sydney Garrison, ASU ‘18

I attribute the large majority of my college success and the early part of my sales career to the program and the guidance and support provided by the ASU Sales faculty. I initially participated in small local competitions and quickly realized the sales program's opportunities. I grew as a student, individual, and sales professional. I very quickly began competing on the national level, eventually being awarded 8th place in the International Collegiate Sales Competition, which included hundreds of competitors from dozens of highly competitive universities. While that is an example of an immediate reward and benefit, the greater impact came from being able to network and connect with hundreds of top recruiters, executives, and fellow students, which ultimately resulted in me earning multiple internships and a full-time sales role at Paycom Software, one of the fastest growing technology companies in the United States. Owen Sumner, ASU ‘19

Being part of the Professional Sales Program was one of the best experiences I had at ASU. Joining Sales Scholars and ProSales Club as a junior not only helped me land my internship and now career with Toyota, but also gave me the skills and confidence to succeed. From networking events to sales competitions, to the relationships I created with students, professors, and business professionals, the Professional Sales Program gave me real-world experience that prepared me for life post-grad far better than most of my classes. While I didn’t end up in a direct sales role at Toyota, I use the skills and knowledge I gained from Sales Scholars and ProSales Club every day when consulting with dealerships, working with teammates, and promoting myself to get to the next step in my career. Tina Kinnerup, ASU ‘19
