Our Mission
World Bank estimates that a lack of clean water causes 21% of communicable diseases in India. To alleviate this issue, we will design clean water systems and then assist community members in implementing those designs so the people of Pune may have access to clean water year round. In addition, we will connect with the local engineering college in Pune and support students in developing projects in their own communities.
About Us
The ASU student chapter of Engineers Without Borders seeks to resolve humanitarian problems using our engineering expertise. We cultivate leadership in ASU students, while also giving them real world experience. In the past, we have successfully completed projects in Ecuador and Kenya. These projects have provided clean water to hundreds of families in these communities.
Our Future
We plan to continue our record of success by implementing sustainable water solutions in India. With your help, we can keep working alongside the people of Pune to improve public health through engineering solutions. Please join us in positively impacting communities around the world.
