Who We Are
The Graphic Design Student Association (GDSA) at Arizona State University is a campus organization that represents the graphic design student body. GDSA is a vital resource for students to make their educational experience the best it can be. We provide students with a number of networking opportunities, ranging from guest speakers and workshops to our annual trip.

Our Annual Trip
This trip provides us an opportunity to visit an area known for its leading design community. We learn about current design trends and get a behind-the-scenes look at different studio environments. We receive advice from industry professionals, and get to see real-life applications of what we have been learning in school.
Why Chicago
This year we will be traveling to Chicago, a city known for its unique cultural experience. With its innovative approach to design, we will be exposed to multiple disciplines and expand our creative community. Chicago will provide networking opportunities that could lead to internships and future job offers.
How You Can Help
By supporting GDSA on this trip, you can assist in sending design students to experience all that Chicago has to offer. Your contribution can help fund airfare, hotel accommodations, or general travel expenses. Last year, we were able to financially assist 52 students on our trip to Seattle. Our goal this year is to include as many students as possible in this opportunity of a lifetime.

This is an estimate cost of airfare for one student. Through this trip, students gain invaluable knowledge and will be able to experience all that Chicago has to offer to help make them the best designer they can be.
