WHO WE ARE?
We are the Sun Devil Dance Team. We create the ultimate game experience on the football field and basketball court while making over 110 community appearances each year. We are the true Spirit Ambassadors for Arizona State University.
WHAT IS OUR GOAL?
We have been selected to represent the United States as the 2017 U.S. National Dance Team to compete at the International Cheer Union (ICU) World Cheerleading Championship in Orlando, Florida April 26-28. The ICU World Championships are comparable to the Olympics, where over 80 countries will be competing for gold, silver and bronze medals in Dance and Cheerleading. We have high hopes to bring home a gold medal!
WHY WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT?
We are raising money for our costume, airfare, hotel, airport transportation and meals. Our full goal is to fundraise $25,000. We have already raised $16,500, but still have $8,500 left to fundraise to cover the cost of food, entry fees, costume, accommodations, and transportation for the team. With your support, we can make it to Orlando and bring home the gold medal!
A gift of $25 covers the cost of one day's meals for a Sun Devil Dancer.
A gift of $550 covers round trip airfare for one Sun Devil Dancer.
A gift of $1200 covers food, entry fees, costume, accommodations, and transportation for one Sun Devil Dancer on their way to win the ICU gold medal.
