Our Crowdfunding Groups
PitchFunder is ASU’s own integrated crowdfunding program, designed to empower the ASU community to raise the funds needed for projects, events and efforts that make a difference—locally and globally.
PitchFunder projects are successfully funded by the active engagement of donors and supporters through direct communications, like email, and through social media.

Does my donation to PitchFunder benefit the project?
Yes; gifts made through PitchFunder directly support the designated project, whether or not the project reaches its fundraising goal.
How can I support projects in addition to donating?
In addition to making a gift, you can expand your impact by sharing a project with your friends and family. Whether through email, Facebook, or the occasional tweet, helping to promote projects to a larger audience makes a big difference!

For outright gifts with no tangible benefits:
All funds will be deposited with the ASU Foundation for a New American University, a nonprofit organization that exists to support Arizona State University (ASU). Gifts in support of ASU are subject to foundation policies and fees. Your gift may be considered a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser regarding the deductibility of charitable contributions.
For gifts where tangible benefits are received:
All funds will be deposited with the ASU Foundation for a New American University, a nonprofit organization that exists to support Arizona State University (ASU). Gifts in support of ASU are subject to foundation policies and fees. Due to the fair market value of benefits received, only payments in excess of fair market value may be considered a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser regarding the deductibility of charitable contributions.
