ABOUT
We are pleased to announce The Third Annual ASU Veterans Ball, presented by four student veteran ASU Clubs: Student Veterans Association Poly, Student Veterans Association Tempe, Student Veterans Organization West and the Women Veterans Club. On behalf of our organizations, we are kindly requesting your gift for our annual military veterans' ball. Sponsoring will also help send student veterans to the Student Veterans of America National Conference in January 2024 in Nashville, TN. At the event, expect:
GIVING
Your decision to sponsor will sustain this event, provide a chance to network with student veterans, and participate in cherished military traditions. Your sponsorship would also support the student organizations' commitment to ensure the success of student veterans and to provide educational opportunities to dependents and military service connected students at ASU. Your generous gift will also provide a complimentary invitation for a current student veteran and their guest to attend the ball. Additionally, your gift will help the clubs send club members to the SVA NatCon in Nashville, TN
WHEN
The ball will be held on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023, at the San Tan Ford Club at the ASU Football Stadium, Tempe, Arizona. It will be held from 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm.
ATTIRE
Formal or professional attire. Military uniform is optional.

Any gift amount $5 and above contributes to the event's overall costs and assists in allowing student veterans, and their guest, to attend.
With this donation one (1) student veteran, plus a guest will have a reserved seat at The Veterans Ball.
This sponsor level includes: Two (2) tickets at your sponsored table with up to 3-6 student veterans (may include their guests), Name/dedication listing on all event materials, social media mention prior to/and during event, challenge coin. Fair Market Value: $170
This sponsor level includes: Two (2) tickets for your sponsored table with at least 3-6 student veterans (may include their guests), Opportunity to select specific majors to sit a sponsored table (based on availability), Logo/Name/dedication listing on all event materials, On-screen acknowledgement at dinner, Social media mention prior to/and during event, challenge coin. Fair Market Value: $170
