Hosted by SVA Tempe, SVA Poly, SVO West, WVC, and MVBN

ABOUT

We are excited to announce The Annual ASU Veterans Ball, presented by five student veteran clubs at ASU: Student Veterans Association Tempe, Student Veterans Association Poly, Student Veterans Organization West, the Women Veterans Club, and the Military Veterans Business Network. We kindly request your support for our annual military veterans' ball. Sponsoring will also help send student veterans to the Student Veterans of America National Conference. To learn more about SVA NatCon, visit https://studentveterans.org/programs-events/national-conference/

EXPECTATIONS

  • Approximately 160 attendees composed of student veterans from all academic majors, ASU veteran alumni, and local community leaders.
  • A welcoming networking reception one hour before the event to connect with attendees.
  • Words from a veteran advocate speaker.
  • Plated three-course meal to include ceremonial cake cutting.
  • Military ceremonial traditions that have been embedded into the country’s heritage for hundreds of years.
  • A commemorative gift to all attendees.

GIVING

Your decision to sponsor this event will help sustain it and provide an opportunity to connect with student veterans while participating in meaningful military traditions. Your generous contribution will provide a complimentary invitation for a current student veteran and their plus one to attend the ball. Additionally, your gift will support the clubs in sending their members to the SVA NatCon.
